CH.474 Bella Kingdom Flower Planting

Today was another combat practice day. Because I wanted new skills.

There are mainly three skills that I'm after at the moment. First is Whip Technique, which should help a bit with Dark Chain. I know chain isn't a whip, and the two don't control the same, but Whip Technique is the closest to something I can use for chains. And not like Dark Chain controls like a whip made of chains, because I telekinetically control the entire Dark Chain, not just the part of it that is closest to me.

The second skill is in the same boat as Whip Technique, I want it to help an extra skill I have. That skill is naturally Bow Technique, which I want to help Unlimited Blade Works, I mean Restraining Sword Barrage. Again, not really the same thing, but there isn't an Aiming skill in the System. Maybe I need to design one of those as well. 

The third skill I'm after is of course Unarmed Combat Technique to go along with both Multi-Armed and Magical Arms. Sure I can just use swords with all my extra arms, but one, that is a bad idea, and two, I don't even have that many high quality swords.

… okay, I do if I raid the HomeBase showroom, but I only have my two swords, Errelitea and my mithril sword, in Storage. I do have some practice swords on top of those two, but they aren't actually for serious combat.

And honestly speaking, even if I did have a sufficient number of swords, it would still be good to have Unarmed Combat Technique. Because with as many arms as I have access to, I should be able to completely overwhelm someone.

Add to that the fact that those fists are coming at you with like 60% of my Strength, which is still over 2000, and it won't be easy to stand up to that unless you are extremely powerful.

And if I run into someone like that, I'll just buy some time so that I can summon a monster to actually fight them.

In other news, I learned something new with Draconic Body. I can now fly with my dragon wings! I could glide with them before, but now, thanks to Winged Flight, I can fly with them. Sure it is much easier if I use both Winged Flight and Mana Flight, but just Winged Flight kind of does it. … though with just it I can't fly that fast. I need to get some levels into that skill.

I also figured out how to mix Draconic Magic and Spirit Magic for more powerful attacks. So I can now use Spirit Dragons Fire Breath. A bit of a mouthful, but it does sound cool. At least in my opinion.

And no, Fire Breath isn't the only Draconic Magic I can use, it is just my favorite, because dragons have to breath fire. And don't look at me, I didn't make that rule.

But enough with the training, let's get to some international things. Because I have the mana flowers and magic stones ready for a mass flower planting in one of the two other Kingdoms. Thankfully I'm only planting the flowers next to the adventurers guilds, so I don't really have to worry about the Royalty or Nobles, because Elias has been trying to get me permissions for a mass dhampir curing, but it is going slowly.

But anyway. Today I'm planting mana flowers and setting up miasma dosimeters, as well as those mapping beacons I use for the mapping software, all across Bella Kingdom.

I naturally took Paulina with me, like I did when I did the mass flower planting across Ruiso Kingdom, but I also took Cailie with us, because she can also use Nature Magic, and she has some Nature based titles as well.

The entire planting spree took less time than at Ruiso Kingdom, probably because I had the mana circuitry that is needed to go under the flowers already prepared, so all we really had to do was dig a spot, put all of the wiring and magic stones into the hole. Fill the hole with nice, fertile soil, and then plant the flowers. 

Cailie would then sing a short song while using both Battle Song and Spiritual Nature Magic. This caused the flowers to quickly get into full bloom, so they would start to produce mana.

By the end of it all, we planted a total of 55 flower beds, which is a few more than the 51 we planted across Ruiso Kingdom. But that isn't considering the flower beds we had already planted in Ruiso Kingdom, so Ruiso Kingdom actually had a few more flower beds than Bella Kingdom.

It doesn't really matter, I just found it interesting. As for the more interesting part, the rewards, well, I got a big reward for every ten flower beds, and while I could have claimed five smaller rewards for the remaining five, I just decided to leave them to wait for the next mass planting.

For the rewards. Two of them were just advancing what Shonen Jump promotional cards I could get with Promo Trades. One gave me 19 new Promo Trades, the other gave 20. Which means 39 (-2) new trades. Which might sound mediocre at first, but I got access to some God-tier cards thanks to these trades. And I mean that literally.

I mean, I got Relieve Monster; Cloning; Van'Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord; Cyber Dinosaur; Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord; Dragonic Knight; Arcana Force EX - The Light Ruler; Gandora the Dragon of Destruction; Dandylion; Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon; Chimeratech Fortress Dragon; Beast King Barbaros; Tragoedia; Genesis Dragon; Orichalcos Shunoros; Darkness Neosphere; Cyber Eltanin; Hundred Eyes Dragon; Golem Dragon; The Tyrant Neptune; Transforming Sphere; Malefic Stardust Dragon; Dark End Dragon; The Winged Dragon of Ra; Lightning Warrior; Seven Swords Warrior; Malefic Truth Dragon; Meklord Astro Mekanikle; T.G. As to why I said 39 (-2), well, that is because I also got Obelisk the Tormentor and Dark Magician alternate artwork cards, but since I already had access to both, I don't actually count them as new.

And yeah. As I said, some God-tier stuff. Literally. Even ignoring Ra and Slifer, which is kind of difficult, Exodius, Light Ruler, Tragoedia, Neosphere, Neptune, Astro Mekanikle, Granel and Quasar are all crazy strong. 

But then there are the actual gods, or ones that can be treated as Divine-Beasts if I put them into Divine sleeves. Naturally the two Egyptian Gods are part of that, but so are Sephylon and Malefic Truth Dragon. I don't know if every Timelord will have the [If this card is in a Divine sleeve, it is always also treated as a Divine/Divine-Beast monster] effect, but Sephylon does have it.

As for Malefic Truth Dragon, I can only guess it is some sort of evil god or I guess Malefic God. Didn't the OCG call them Sins? Like Malefic Truth Dragon was Sin Truth Dragon? So it is the god of Sin?

Interestingly Quasar isn't a god and does not have the Divine-Beast effect. It always felt like the Synchro God, but what do I know?

But I still have a bunch of other rewards to go over, so let's get back to them.

For one of the remaining rewards, I got even more promo trades. Starting with the , which actually has three cards I don't yet have.

From the save reward, I also got , most of which I already had.

, which again only had one card I didn't already have.

with again, one new card.

And the last part of that reward was , which actually had two new cards.

For my fourth reward. Yes, we have only gone over three so far. I got more promo trades, but this time, some stuff I didn't have yet.

had two new cards, the two Helios monsters I didn't have. So now I have the entire Helios lineup and I can actually use them.

only has Light and Darkness Dragon, but it is new.

has Darklord Nurse Reficule and some other support cards for Nurse burn. I'll probably hand a few Reficule to Lua so she can really do some nurse burn.

And last, for this reward, has some decent stuff like Red-Eyes Wyvern and Darkness Destroyer.

And finally, we arrive at the fifth and final reward. Yeah, I know it is confusing, because the previous rewards were giant piles of random stuff. But at least the last one is nice and compact, because it is just a new set.
