Vampire Overlord System in the Apocalypse

Jon was the only one that remained within Arthur's parent's manor, as his parents were evacuated into the underground area that connected both manors.

Using Noah's Vampiric Eyes of Hypnosis and Stupefaction, Noah sweet-talked the parents into obeying him and spending the night in these areas, without actually revealing that the Vampire family was waiting for their enemies to arrive.

Afterward, Noah left several Blood Servants with Jon, who used Clairvoyance to see through almost the entire territory of the manor while closing his eyes and then using Far Talk and Telepathy to communicate to Noah what was happening.

The five D-Rank Hunters send to this manor were supposed to be killed by Jon fairly easy by having their heads blown into bits through his Evil Eye of Distortion, but it seemed that they meet an even horrible end by foolishly approaching the "traps" left by them, large puddles of blood that were filled with Blood Servants, who would grab and attack anything within their range.

Like this, five D-Rank Hunters were eliminated in a matter of seconds…

"Noah-sama, the five are down, I didn't have to do anything…" sighed Jon.

"Good, stay there monitoring everything through Clairvoyance… Oh? They are here…" said Noah.

Meanwhile, a few minutes ago, Amber commanded her troops to raid the Manor of Noah.

However, they immediately came into problems as many people began to… step over small puddles of blood in the way to the windows and door.

"Blood puddles? What is the meaning of this? Has Noah killed more people?" wondered Ruby.

"I don't know, nor I care! Enter the manor!" roared Amber, her eyes glowing with golden light and resolve!

However, such resolve was quickly interrupted as the agonizing cries of people resonated!

The malefic blood puddles began to move on their own, generating giant tentacles, claws, hands, arms, weapons, and more, even enormous jaws and even crimson fire!

Each of these blood puddles was like a trap!

Each trap triggered random effects based on whatever was inside, impacting and surprising anyone that got near them!

"W-WHAT?!"

Amber felt cold sweat drip through her body as she saw several of the D-Rank Hunters being torn apart into pieces, burned alive, or eaten by enormous, dragon jaws surging from the blood itself!

It was truly a scene of nightmares, of complete madness that she couldn't even understand!

Who could even do such a thing?

What kind of wicked power was this?

Was this a trap?

Were these monsters?

If they were monsters, were they tamed?

How did Noah tame monsters?

And if they are an ability, how?

She had never seen an ability like that!

Although Granite told her children that Noah and his group might be hiding abilities, they never expected them to be so strange and bizarre!

They were literal puddles of blood that shapeshifted as strange figures, grabbing and attacking anything near them!

The D-Rank Hunters were strong though and used their abilities to free themselves, but the puddles that were "destroyed" simply began to regenerate or even merge with already existing ones!

Amber and her siblings were left in shock, however, Amber quickly set off her mind, leaving these soldiers behind!

"Rush! This is most likely a trap! We don't have time, he's probably planning something else, run inside and kill him quickly!" said Amber, assuming that Noah could be a trap-type ability user, which was rare, but not non-existent.

Trap-type Ability Users had special, unique abilities capable of setting traps in a certain area of the ground or an item.

Whenever these traps were triggered by touch or the presence of something, they would unleash a variety of effects, some would cause paralysis, curse, unleash fire, or large thorns filled with poison, amongst many others.

However, these traps were like something Amber and her siblings had never seen before!

They were way too varied and in all shapes and sizes, having similar yet different effects, shapes, and forms!

Some of them were many arms and humanoid torsos grabbing weapons made of hardened blood, others released giant draconic claws and enormous jaws to tear and eat anything near them, and others unleashed crimson fire.

Amber clenched her teeth as she saw her Hunters struggling to get out of such traps, with many dying instantly by agonizingly crying in pain as they had their entire bodies munched by gigantic, wyrm heads surging from these puddles…

"What is going on?! What kind of ability is that?!" asked Ruby.

"I don't know, but I can sense the presence of many people in the manor, let's get in and kill them so the abilities deactivate!" said Sapphire.

"We have no time… Let us go!" said Agate.

Amber looked once more back to her subordinates as she immediately felt like she was falling into some kind of game or a plan set by Noah.

It was as if they knew that they were coming!

But how? They made sure to masks their presence through Stealth Accessories!

It was… as if they had been looking over the sky or something!

Although such an assumption was not so far from the truth, Jon's Clairvoyance let him see through absolutely anything within a radius of several meters around him.

Such power was amazing, and with him alone, Noah and everyone else immediately knew that the Crystal Family had finally arrived to avenge Emerald.

And as they eagerly expected their arrival, they prepared a few surprises and welcoming gifts.

Amber and her siblings entered into the manor by breaking apart the door, rushing inside as they followed the faint presence of people atop the manor, which seemed to be completely dark.

They rushed upstairs, breaking apart the walls and entering a large hall… where Noah alone sat down over his throne.

His eyes were glowing crimson red, as he meets the ones that came to slay him.

"Welcome, I was eagerly waiting for you four… Did you like my gifts?" he asked.

"He's…" muttered Ruby.

"He's Noah! Even though his hair and eyes are different… he clearly matches the pictures we saw of him!" said Sapphire.

"But… why does he look like that?" wondered Agate.

"His presence is faint… but, where are the others? Noah, did you seriously just thought that you could deal with all four of us? It is finally time to make you pay for what you did to our brother…!" said Amber.

"Where is our brother? Where did you leave his corpse?!" asked Ruby.

"Admit that you killed him!" said Sapphire.

"And we may not make you suffer as much!" said Agate.

Noah seemed confused, as he raised one of his eyebrows.

"Hm? Who are you talking about?" he asked. Shamelessly pretending to not know about Emerald!

"Eh?!" asked Ruby in anger.

"What? You bastard! Do not deny it now! We have evidence that you killed our younger brother!" said Sapphire.

"Bastard… the presence I feel from him is that of a monster! What is he?!" asked Agate.

"You… this entire manor stinks like blood… how many lives have you taken already, you monster?!" asked Amber.

"…I don't know. Do you remember how many loaves of bread you have eaten in your life?" asked Noah with a pleasant smile.

The moment that Noah dropped those infamous words, the four siblings finally lose it!

Their enormous auras began to emerge from within their bodies, as their shining eyes began to glow brightly in anger!

"YOU MONSTER! BRING BACK OUR BROTHER!" roared Ruby as she began to cry tears of anger, her entire petite body was shrouded in an aura of flames, as she generated countless spears of ruby covered in flames, firing them at Noah!

Dozens after dozens of such attacks rushed towards him, as Noah smiled.

"So weak…" he murmured, as he waved his hand, opening a wound in the palm of his hand as the figure of a young woman, Clementina, emerged from it!

Raising her hands, she unleashed a barrage of freezing ice created out of thin air towards the blazing ruby spears!

CLASH!

BOOM!

The tremors of the explosion of fire and ice made the entire manor shake, as Noah thanked himself that he thought about creating a barrier through Crimson Aegis before this… the moment the siblings entered this room manor, they entered his "domain".

"W-What? An Ice-type ability?!" asked Ruby, glancing at Noah, sitting leisurely over his throne, Clementina was now back to his blood through Blood Storage.

"That intensity… that was the ability of the Ice Queen Clementina… one of Emerald's classmates… You bastard… did you kill her and got her Ability Core?!" roared Sapphire, readying his attacks, as the other siblings quickly charged towards Noah from all sides!

"Oh, you wouldn't believe it if I told you the truth…" said Noah.
