Chapter 132: Chapter 130: New Home, Smallville, and The Twins



[3rd POV]

"You didn't mention that you got such a big house" Hope muttered, as they got out of the truck, and gazed at what would be there new home for the next few months, to years.

"I thought it would be perfect, considering there's five of us. I also wanted a nice large kitchen, and a decent living room for the tv. There's also going to be a basement for us, for training, and for when I want to develop some new...technologies" Talia replied, as she picked this house due to it's size.

It was (from what she saw) the largest farm in the county, and one of the largest in the state. The only reason it was going under, was due to the couple that owned it, getting cancer at the same time, which led to huge costs for that, and them not being able to properly manage it. Talia had taken care of both for them, giving them enough money to last the rest of their lives, AND curing their cancer (something that was quite easy for her now a days).

"What sort of technologies? I want to be able to help you with this stuff, and I think one of us four learning more scientific stuff could be helpful" Kara asked, causing Talia to turn to her with a small smile.

"All sorts. Blacksmithing which involves me creating swords and such, biology, inventing new technologies, and a huge variety of other stuff. It really just matters on what I feel like working on at the time, since...we have all the time in the world, afterall" Talia responded with a smile, before continuing.

"So, are we going inside or?"

Hearing Talia, the girls all grinned before walking forward and up the steps, before Talia handed them the key to the house, as they opened the door and walked in.

The interior of the house was definitely quite old, and seemingly hasn't been changed for quite some time.

"It's not as bad as I was expecting, to be honest" Clary muttered as they looked around. They noticed the stairs that led upstairs, and the living room that was...pretty old, definitely older than Talia was expecting at least.

"Their backs must be killing them if they sat in these everyday" Isabelle said, as she noticed the wooden chairs that were sat around the dinner table.

"Definitely changing these out. Not to mention the couch that looks like it's straight out of the 70's" Kara said, causing Talia to crack a small smile as she looked at the couch in question.Nôv(el)B\\jnn

"Probably could use a fresh coat of paint, and maybe some new chandeliers too" Hope added, causing the group to look at the chandeliers above, which were definitely not from this decade.

"Good thing we've got our Sugar Daddy-" Isabelle said with a grin, causing Talia to snort, while Kara blushed beat red as she watched Isabelle saunter forwards and place her hand against Talia's chest.

"Down girl" Hope said on the side, as Talia grinned and materialized a spray bottle out of nowhere, and promptly sprayed Isabelle with it.

"Did-Did you just spray me?" Isabelle asked with mock exasperation, causing the other girls to giggle.

"Mmhmm, had you not stopped I would have spanked you. Now, what all do we need to spruce this place up? If we need to I can make the-"""""No""""

"But-" "Talia, no powers. We want to do this completely and utterly power free, please?" Hope asked, causing Talia to pout but nod.

"Fine fine" Talia huffed, causing the girls to giggle.

"It's okay Talia, it'll be fun! Being all human and normal, I had to do it for years, so I'm sure you can do it too" Kara said with a smile, causing Talia to look at her before sighing and smiling.

"Alright then, what do we need to go out and buy?" Talia asked, causing the girls to all look at one another, before grinning, causing Talia to blink and shiver slightly.

'Why do I feel like I've made a severe mistake?'

"I have made a serious mistake" Talia muttered, as her hands were completely full of bags, ranging from clothing, painting supplies, ingredients, seeds, and a huge variety of different items. The girls were at her sides, giggling at what she had said as they walked with her.

"Don't worry Talia, we're almost done" Kara said with a smile as they walked through the streets of Smallville.

"What else do you girls need to buy?" Talia asked, as she looked at what had to be at least 10 bags in her hands, and a few in the girls hands.

"Lunch of course! I saw a diner nearby when we went to get the paint" Isabelle said, causing Talia to let out a sigh of relief. The girls giggled at her reaction before they began to walk to the diner, which wasn't that far from their current location.

The diner itself was a small little local place called "Victoria May's" it was also where a lot of important events happened in the show originally.

Walking into the cozy little diner, Talia noticed a trio of teens out of the corner of her eye, causing her to crack a small smile, before the group of five walked passed said teens, and sat at an empty booth.

"What're you so smiley for?" Isabelle asked from across her, with Kara and Clary at Talia's sides, and Hope sitting next to Isabelle.

"They're here" Talia said simply, causing Kara's eyes to widen slightly.

"Really? Where?" Kara asked, causing Talia to just tap under table to the booth directly in front of them.

"So, what seeds did you girls get?" Talia asked, while Kara glanced at the two teens that were the sons of her cousins counterpart in this world.

"Some Tomato, watermelon, potato, strawberry, pumpkin, peppers, and some others. We thought a big variety could be good, especially with your...skill in the area" Clary said at her side, causing Talia to nod, knowing that she was talking about magic. She had already planned on using magic to enhance the plants and the soil, but nothing more than that. The girls also expressed interest in making some magical plants, with Talia hoping that she'd get a farmer subclass or something of the sorts, to improve her farming.

"Hmm, good selection girls. And are we going to raise any cows or anything like that?" Talia asked, wanting to know beforehand.

"I think we'll just stick to fruits and vegetables for now. We can do livestock eventually" Hope said, causing the girls to nod in agreement.

"Which one is which?" Kara whisper asked Talia, who smiled.

"The one with curly black hair is Jordan, named after Jor-El" Talia replied, causing Kara to glance at the back of one of the teens heads.

"The other one is Jonathan Kent" Talia added, causing Kara to glance at the other teen who

seemed taller.

[Using his season 3+ actor because he looks exactly like Jonathan from the comics]

"They're exactly what I was expecting" Kara replied with a small smile, causing Talia to just chuckle.

"Someone doesn't look happy" Clary muttered, causing Kara and Talia to glance and notice a rather irate looking woman walk up to the table Jonathan and Jordan were sitting at, before talking to the last of the teens that were sitting there, Sarah Cushing.

"Who is she?" Kara asked in a whisper.

"Lana Lang"

"Wait really? That's Lana? Clark talked about her on our Earth, but I had never met her before. She's...beautiful" Kara muttered in surprise, causing Talia to nod.

"But not as beautiful as you four" Talia added, causing the girls to giggle, while Kara blushed

slightly.

"What do you think she is mad about?" Clary whispered, before they heard Lana begin to talk.

Seeing this, Talia spoke.

"I think we're about to find out"

And so begins the Superman and Lois arc (properly). Said arc will be at LEAST 30 chapters or

so. The arc will be long, but it will give the girls there much needed development, alone time,

and slice of life stuff.

Next chapter will be some talks and slice of life stuff.
