Sovereign of the Firmaments

'Looks like I can find my brother sooner than I expected.'

This was the first thought that came to Lucas' head as he enjoyed the pain because of all the information he was getting into his head.

With access to more knowledge Lucas could find more about the mysterious organization that kidnapped his little brother.

"The talent of all the residents of the Silverstone town will be increased to Marquis grade."

As Lucas was receiving more information about the secrets of the world, the voice continued to resound in the Silverstone town.

'What?'

Once again, the residents of the Silverstone town were shocked with the announcement from the heavens as they felt the golden light from the heavens while their talent was upgraded to Marquis.

Actually, there were not many residents of the Silverstone town and all of them belonged to the three guardian families of the Hellmore family, along with a couple of adventurer teams that swore their loyalty to the Hellmore family.

"The talent of the current members of the Hellmore family will be increased to Duke grade."

As the residents of the town were already shocked with the raise in their talents, they were even more shocked with the rewards blessed by the Heavens for the members of the Hellmore family.

Except for Beck, Harper, Reece and Bernard, everyone was excited with the increase of their talents by multiple grades.

"Those whose talents are already at Duke grade, they will get an additional opportunity to sacrifice the spirit beast while promoting in their rank. However, it can be used only once."

'Cool'

Finally, Beck and others whose talents didn't increase earlier, became excited with their reward which could help them in gaining an additional skill.

In the special realm.

"Young man, the heavens are satisfied with the speed at which you are growing. So, the heavens made an exemption for you and decided to show something."

Time continued to pass in the special realm, as Lucas felt no more foreign knowledge was entering into his head; however, he heard the voice say something that made him a little curious.

'Swoosh'

In the next second, Lucas was pulled into an endless space as he saw two worlds in front of him.

"The one that was filled with white clouds is Heaven's land or Firmament world or Land of firmaments. It has many names; however, the main thing about this world is, it is a world that is filled with various energies that help the survival of any race."

The heaven's voice resounded beside Lucas's ear as the world filled with white clouds became a lot bigber in size while the voice explained about it.

"Currently, you are in one of the nine firmaments of this Firmament world."

The world grew bigger and bigger as Heaven's focused the zoom-in on the Silverstone town.

"Now, the other world that was filled with black clouds is Netherworld or Evil world or Land of nether realms. Siimilarly, it also has many names; however, unlike the Firmament world, this world is filled will nether energy or evil energy that would corrored the beings from others races except for evil race."

While the heavens were explaining about the Netherworld, the Firmament world became smaller as the Netherworld grew in size as it rotated around itself.

"In the Firmament world, each firmament is ruled and protected by a King and in the Netherworld also, each nether realm is dominated by a King."

"Since the heavens believe that you will become the King of Barren firmament, the heavens are explaining everything about the two worlds as there is a threat to the Firmament wolrd. Especially the Barren firmament, the weakest firmament in the Firmament world."

'What?'

Lucas raised his eyebrows when he heard there was a threat to the Barren firmament as he asked, "Is it from the Netherworld?"

"Yes. Over the past few centuries, the evil beings has successfully entered the Firmanent world and perfectly mingled into the human and other races using some mysterious techniques to evade from my eyes."

The voice continued to explain, "Recently I learned that the Netherworld is planning to go to an all-out war with the Firmament world and I think, Barren firmament will be the first one to be invaded by them as there were a lot of evil beings camouflaging as humans."

"Can't you just make us powerful? Or give more blessings to make us powerful?"

Lucas felt it was a little funny as he directly asked the heavens.

'Huh?'

However, before the voice could answer his question, Lucas already got the answer in his head because of the knowledge he gained earlier from the heavens.

And the answer he found in his head was, 'The heavens can't randomly bless the people. There has to be some contribution made by the beings of the Firmament land to receive the blessing.'

Also, there was another, 'If heavens can raise the strength of the beings in the firmament land then the same thing could be done by the Nethers.'

There is a balance on how Heavens and Nethers work while blessing the beings from the worlds governed by them.

"So, are you telling me to protect the Barren firmament?"

Lucas asked in a calm tone.

"Yes. As long as you stop the upcoming evil invasion of the Barren firmament, I will not only upgrad your status to the Sovereign grade but I will give you almost the same status of the current king of the Crystalville firmament. I think you have some sort of revenge to take in the Crystalville firmament."

The voice sounded confident in its offer as it mentioned Lucas' second goal which was to take revenge on the Liontalon family and those who played their part in the  destruction of the Lion talon family.

"You…forget it. You are the heavens and you know everything."

Lucas was shocked for a moment; however, he was no longer shocked when he recalled who the other party was and nodded his head. 

"Of course, I will try my best in stopping the upcoming evil invasion."
