Sovereign of the Firmaments

Not only the institution for beastmasters, but the Alverton magic institution and the Alverton royal family was also waiting for the item that helps them escape heaven's wrath for whatever they were about to do in the  Barren firmament.

For them, they were only interested in that item and either recruit the sovereign grade talent or kill her if she refuses to join.

Lucas and Beck didn't know that some good preparations were done by the three forces of the Alverton firmament to either recruit Beck or kill her.

As for Silverstone town, it was also going down to burn by them either way.

Currently, Lucas and Beck entered a little deeper into the Earl grounds before finding a spirit beast that Beck liked.

Jade unicorn!

Lucas nodded his head and asked, 'So, how are you planning to tame it?'

Jade unicorn, is a horse with a long and sharp horn protruding from its head. It was the jade colour that was sparkling when light rays fell on it. It had a while hair on its neck which increased its beauty even more.

'Swoosh'

To Lucas' surprise, the jade unicorn didn't run away when it saw Beck; instead, it looked at Beck without doing anything as Beck slowly decreased the distance between them.

At the same time, he saw Beck' body was covered in purple light as she finally reached the jade unicorn and placed her hand on it.

'Neigh~'

All of a sudden, the jade unicorn neighed before bending down a little as though she was allowing Beck to sit on its back.

"Good girl"

Beck caressed the white hair on the unicorn's neck before climbing on its back.

'Neigh~'

With a neigh, the jade unicorn ran in circles with greeted excitement.

'What the…?'

Lucas was shocked to see that Beck tamed the jade unicorn with just a single touch and wondered, 'Is this the effect of the sovereign grade talent in beast taming?'

"Jade, let's play some other time."

Soon, Beck asked the jade unicorn to stop as she jumped down from the horse.

"Young master, how is it? Do you think I am cool?"

Beck asked with a slight smile on her face.

"Very cool."

Lucas nodded his head with a slight smile on his face.

"Shall we search for some other spirit beasts?"

Since there were still 20 or so days left for Silverstone town to get attacked, Lucas could focus on taming more spirit beasts.

Even if someone dares to attack the town while he was outside the town, the guardian spirit beast Shadow dragon could take care. So, Lucas was not worried much about Silverstone town.

"Yes."

Beck was in a great mood after taming the beautiful jade unicorn and she wanted to tame a few more spirit beasts and fill all her empty beast slots.

Time continued to pass as Lucas and Beck continued their 'Beast taming quest' in the early grounds and the sun was replaced by the moon in the sky.

However, they didn't find any good spirit beast that was worth taming.

While they were searching, Lucas didn't forget to hunt the rank 4 spirit beasts to increase his sovereign points.

As for Lucas' search for the Lynx type spirit beast was also useless; however, Lucas was not the type to give up that easily as he thought, 'There will always be a tomorrow.'

"Beck, let's rest for tonight"

Soon, they entered the Wilderness canvas to rest.
