151 Chapter 150
There were countless buildings around making it almost impossible to tell where the sound was coming from.
But there was just one crucial factor, one single factor which came up in the beginning of the fight.
The flash.
Gray remembered seeing a single flashing light coming from the top of one of the buildings right before the sniper fired his shot.
He had been so focused on evading that he had lost it's location completely.
But there it was.
'Thank god the lightning dragon lit up everything after it appeared.'
He could barely see it, the flash from the scope reflecting the bright light from the Lightning dragon.
But he could see it.
The curl slowly shifted in to a wide grin, as he muttered.
"Found... you..."

*SWOOSH!*
*Pierce* *Pierce* *Pierce*
The countless bullets which had been fired off at them, either pierced it's way into the building roof or collided with one another and ricocheted away.
Regardless, none of them had hit the target.
The sniper's eyes widened, as he moved away from his scope.
He peeked at it once more, before rubbing his eyes.
The two had vanished.
A smile grew on his face.
"Did they teleport inside of a building? How silly could they be? Do they think they'll be safe from the walls?" The sniper questioned.
He giggled inwardly before placing his eyes into the scope once more.
"Activate X-Ray."
[X-Ray.]
Suddenly, the sights through the scope changed, he could see anything through the walls of any of the buildings.
Through said scope's sight, he could see countless humans hiding away, holed up in their buildings base, while others ran for their lives.
He could see the zombies and even those of his race fighting.
He had already taken out countless humans hiding with this scope and ability of his, the number was only a few off of a hundred.
"Man... I love this artifact." He muttered.
To him, it was a joy, accumulating the number of kills as if it were some sort of game.
He planned to kill the people on the fleets above their head one by one after.
As he looked through the scope however, he frowned. He couldn't see them, he could see countless people which he didn't recognise but the ones which mattered were nowhere to be seen.
The only conclusion he could come up with was that they had teleported to the opposite direction.
But why?
Why would they suddenly change directions?
"Artifact, huh?" A voice suddenly came from behind him.
"Yeah an art-"
His eyes widened, without finishing the sentence he suddenly swung that rifle back pointing it towards the two figures behind him.
He pressed down on the trigger, but it was too late by then.
Gray's feet were touching him.
[Pause.]
A cold smile could be seen on the face of the two as they gave him a cold stare.
A Grey-haired young man and a black-haired girl. They were the two he had been shooting at a while ago.
Distortions could be seen in the space behind them.
It was Gray and Ria. They stared at the sniper with a look of curiosity.
Long black hair, and small pointy ears, his crystal-like blue eyes hiding beneath his hexagonal goggles.
'H-How?' The sniper questioned inwardly.
He couldn't speak no matter how much he tried.
"Hm? Where did your smile go? You seemed so into it a second ago." Gray asked with a confused look.
"Maybe he's not feeling well?" Ria asked jokingly.
"Hm... That's probably the case." Said Gray as he nodded slightly.
He placed his hand over Ria's eyes. "Close your eyes, okay?" He said.
"I'm not a kid anymore..." She replied as she swelled up her cheeks and turned her head away.
Gray smiled, and patted her head. "Cover your ears too."
The sniper remained frozen in the floor with a confused and fearful expression on his face.
'What the hell are they doing? What's wrong with these two?'
Ria did as he told and covered her ears. Gray then turned to the sniper on the floor and stretched his arm out towards him.
That was when it hit the sniper... Like a truck reigning down on him from above.
Fear filled his heart.
'W-Wait... I-I didn't mean to... I-'
Gray grabbed his head.
[Fast-Forward.]
Shortly after, an inwardly scream of pain resounded inside of his head.

Delta's figure scouted the area near the hidden fallen angel opposition base on the outskirts of the City.
Upon reaching it's entrance, she came to a stop.
The underground doors had been completely broken and torn through, smoke could be seen coming out.
There was a fire going on inside.
She looked around and saw no signs of life, only corpses of soldiers from the opposition corps.
She frowned and narrowed her eyes in a glare as she walked down the underground staircase.
Her body was coated in dark flames, consuming the heat and making her unsusceptible to the smoke and dust.
Her figure disappeared into the staircase.

Lara could be seen travelling from ship to ship with the aid of a horned one, and healing as many people as she could.
She and quite a few other horned ones possessed a healing ability.
It was apparently rare making her the minority.
'The others are out fighting for their lives... This is the only way I can be of use...!' She thought to herself as she panted from exhaustion.
[Holy Heal.]
A golden aura was emitted from her hands, and the wounds on the horned one who had sustained injuries from the reptilian beasts was vanishing.
"Please be safe... Everyone..." She prayed.

Lita was fast asleep on her bed in the ship while Kylo remained inside watching over her, he'd occasionally head out to the deck to check on the situation but it wasn't getting any better.
He wasn't sure what to do, rather, he didn't know what he could do.
"I can't just sit back and do nothing..."
He looked back at his sister, before taking in a deep breath and looking outside.
"I need to find a way to help... Even if it's only slightly..."
He walked outside of the deck.
