195. Checking the changes

Seeing Tomoka's peaceful sleeping face, the girls finally relaxed. Once they had woken up they had felt a mixture of boundless energy and absolute exhaustion. It was to be expected really. Their bodies had been enhanced to their absolute genetic limit. If they wanted to somehow gain even more strength then some new genes would need to be introduced into their genome. 

It is because of this that they felt so energetic. Their bodies efficiency had skyrocketed be it in the way their muscles work or the way their chakra flowed. The exhaustion part came from the rather traumatic experience. Their bodies had gone through what could amount to years of growth in half a day and it showed. 

“She’s finally asleep.” Hinata said with a soft, tired, content smile. Now that the worst has passed she was happy with her decision to use the serum. She could feel her body thrumming with power giving her a sense of safety. 

“Yeah…” As Nozomi answered, a loud grumble could be heard. The girl’s stomach had decided to make its presence and displeasure known. After all, neither Hinata nor Nozomi had eaten anything for the last thirty six hours. 

“Wana go get something, I’m also starving…” As if to ascertain Hinata’s claim her stomach also roared it’s displeasure. A moment later soft giggles could be heard coming down the stairs. Neither felt like cooking anything complex so instead they went ahead and made some instant ramen plus sandwiches. 

“Damn, I think we have never eaten so much.” Nozomi was the one making the comment as she watched over the carnage they had left behind. The fridges door hung open showing its empty state. Cups of instant ramen layed strewn around empty as well. 

“Yeah, guess a side effect of that serum is increased appetite. We better go buy more food. If Tomoka is as hungry as we were, she could eat twice what we did” Hinata said while turning to Nozomi in the eyes. 

“Nozomi, any reason why your sharingan is activated right now?” Hinata asked as her eyes were met by Nozomi’s red eyes with three… wait, four tomoe? 

“Wait, it is active right now?” Nozomi hadn’t realized it until Hinata pointed it out. Now that she paid attention her sight felt crisp way too detailed for it to be her normal sight yet she didn’t feel any discomfort. It is worth mentioning that having the sharingan activated for too long tends to cause headaches. 

“Yeah, also there are four Tomoe instead of three.” Hinata said while trying to figure out what was going on. She had a guess though, she could bet the serum was the reason why. She would have liked to reprimand her past self for not asking Tomoka more about the serum. As it stands she will have to wait until she wakes up to satisfy her curiosity. 

“Wait! Hinata, your eyes too!” Nozomi said while looking towards Hinata’s eyes. The usually lavender, almost white, eyes were now a richer and deeper color, a beautiful amethyst, without any discernible pupils. 

“Mine too? What do they look like?” Hinata asked while analyzing her own vision. She hadn’t realized it but now that she paid attention she could see every nook and cranny of their house! Even more amazing is that with the simplest of thoughts she could expand the range outside the house to see their entire block and even further away. 

“They are a darker purple color, like amethysts and there is some  kind of gold circle thing around it, it's hard to explain! Let's go to the bathroom.” With that said, Nozomi bolted towards the bathroom while dragging Hinata by the hand. A few seconds later the pair stood in front of the full length mirror admiring their eyes and something else. 

“They really changed.” Hinata commented while inspecting her new eyes. However, her sight soon deviated lower. 

“These changed as well.” What she was currently observing were her breasts that had grown quite a bit. Her hills have grown into mountains jumping from C cups into E cups. Not only that but all of her body had grown. Her hips widened, her height increased and her waist thinned. Overall it looked as if she had suddenly aged two or three years.
