Chapter 2112 God of Preservation -Final

"What the fuc-" The lance rotated within the innards of Lord Vishnu as it fired out multiple pellet shots that messed up his internals. At that time, Lord Vishnu used all the magical power that he had been storing for a massive attack to disperse and throw them in disarray.

Just as he thought he was able to have some time to recover since they had been relentlessly attacking him, a projectile emerged from the corner and attempted to pierce Lord Vishnu's head. It was Captain Hei, the leader of Pandarian Guards who sent an arrow to the God of Preservation using that attack of opportunity.

Vishnu was unable to collect his thoughts even though the arrow did not pierce him. Still, the chi infused within the said arrow caused a force explosion on impact against his innate celestial energy barrier. In contrast, another smaller projectile inside the arrow burst out to hit the target.

Naturally, Captain Hei received payback damage from the initial attack but it was the second projectile that counted.

Vishnu lost his consciousness from the arrow to his head and despite the fact that he was described as a god, he was merely a being with high levels of celestial energy. The anti celestial weapon at the start was the beginning of his downfall and he did not know it. Lord Vishnu had treated the conversation that he heard as mere wishful thinking of the humans.

Never did he understand the gravity of the situation that it might pose to the majority of the Celestials.

If they can injure a god and weaken them to such a state, it was more than imperative that he should have let go of his pride and inform the others of such danger. However, the humans had not only managed to injure him but they were able to put him in such a dangerous condition that his life might be at stake.

"Warning: Construction of the Celestial Cage has been interrupted. Entity Mr Hammer had changed the construct of the initial design into a different design!" The System reported but Jin understood what Mr Hammer was doing. He was not some simple sentient item that was under Jin's commands.

Mr Hammer has his own sort of consciousness and the more it traveled and worked with Jin, he knew how Jin works and fights.

It was to the point where he always wanted to contribute to the fight but never had the chance to do so until now. The metal bars that Mr Hammer had to improvise smithed out, were lodged into the Celestial in question, and with that, Mr Hammer started to melt the bars with his own powers, deconstructing them the moment he created them.

This caused the muscles that the bars had pierced to degenerate rendering the God of Preservation immobile should he turn conscious once more.

As much as they had inflicted sufficient damage against Lord Vishnu, Jin had no idea whether his death would also be equally meaningless. After all, the Hindu Gods all practiced the cycle of reincarnation and if Vishnu ever came alive again, he would be deadlier than he was ever before.

Even at this impasse, his impulse to kill the God of Preservation was there due to what he had done to his precious comrade who was killed at a whim of the Celestial's powers. It was at that point, that the System suddenly put out a notification window.

"Ding! Congratulations on bringing a high ranking Celestial to his knees before the prophesised time. A new System Module had been created to cater the capture of said Celestials." The System reported and suddenly a golden card emerged out of Jin's chest.

With it, the card started to absorb severely injured Celestial into it and a picture of Lord Vishnu at the hand of Jin. "Celestial God Vishnu, the God of Preservation had been captured. Number of summons a day: 1."

As much as Jin was surprised by the nature of the System, he believed it had something to do with the goal that Jin had been going after for the longest time ever. To defeat the Celestials. Never did he imagine that he would one day be allowed to use the powers of the Gods for himself.

Unfortunately, this was the time to relax. Jin heard the sirens wailing across his new capital and the only thing he could do was to recreate the isolation barrier once more.

But he was not at his peak performance at the moment considering the amount of damage and powers expended just to fight against the God of Preservation. They were indeed lucky that they managed to get the jump against him but this was not the time to count their blessings. "General Gara, Captain Hei, No.8," Jin said and the leaders came forward to their tired out King.

"Take control of the situation in 1 hours time. I will do my best to-" Suddenly, from their broken castle halls, they saw a shining blast of light being shot out from the centre of New Ress City. They all assumed the worst and ran out of the hall to have a better look.

But to their surprise, the ball of light instantly turned into the shape of a dome and it began to cover the entire of Ress. "This aura… it is Grand Sage Mex… It looks like he did not want to be beaten by you entirely." Gara smiled and his shoulders relaxed for a moment.

"I see. Then, it is pretty obvious what we should do to make sure that the efforts of Grand Sage Mex were not wasted." Jin said and they all knew what to do. Flush out the Demons that had been leaked into the Ress while Jin gathered his powers to create the kingdom wide Isolation Barrier once more.

But for now, he had no choice but to let Grand Sage Mex to take the role of renewing his barrier until he was healthy enough to do so. The rest of the military leaders flew out to battle along with the Commando Mages while Topharm and En Moy came out from hiding.

"Give our Commando Mage leader the grandest of military funeral we could make after this eradication." Jin said as he sat down beside No. 4's corpse and closed his eyes for him while the rest of the Commando Mages flew to aid the places that had the most fight.
