Chapter 14: Status Shop II
Chapter 14: Status Shop II
[Base Stats]
[Allocation Edit 400 DP]
[Level Up Stat Points]
Thea immediately noticed [Allocation Edit] was the only tab that would cost points to be opened, and driven by curiosity, she did just that and bought the tab. She then opened it and inspected what it meant.
[Points are automatically allocated during a level up, different percentages for different races. |For example an Amazonian would grow stronger physically but not magically, this is because their points automatically get allocated towards their physical values and not magical values. Each individual has minor differences in allocation but generally they are similar.| Can buy higher percentages but distribution cannot be changed later on.]
Not only did this clear up her curiosity, it was also the first time Thea was given an example by the system. This then allowed her to confirm that there were Amazonians on Terah.
Continuing on with the system she looked at the 6 tabs in front of her.
[Strength (0%)] [Mana (0%)]
[Defense (0%)]
[Agility (0%)]
[100% Undistributed Stat Value]
[100% Unpurchased Stat Value. |100 DP per 1% Exchange Rate.|]
Thea wondered a bit, what the difference between the bottom two tabs was, but paid it little mind as she started distributing the percentage. When she was finished she confirmed her selection and her tabs looked like this:
[strength (33%)] [Mana (34%)]
[Defense (0%)]
[Agility (33%)]
[100% Unpurchased Stat Value. |100 DP per 1% Exchange Rate.|]
When she saw the bottom tab was there, she realized she was given 100% free and if she wanted to go above 100% she would need to pay for each increase.
She immediately bought all 100% Stat Value and started to redistribute them again. While she was busy deciding how to distribute them, while portioning out values, she was keeping in mind the magic she had and decided to focus more on magic than on strength or agility. When she finished distributing her values, she was left with 4 tabs:
[strength (60%)] [Mana (90%)]
[Defense (0%)]
[Agility (50%)]
She confirmed her choice and was brought back to the 3 leftover tabs:
[Base Stats]
[Level Up Stat Points]
This time following the order she started at the top and opened [Base Stats] causing a new window to open:
[As you are a new race, you will start from a blank template.]
[Strength = 1] [Mana = 1]
[Defense = ]
[Agility = 1]
[10 Undistributed Stat Points]
[50 DP per 1 Stat Point Exchange Rate. 20 Unpurchased Stat Points.]
She purchased all the stat points and started contemplating how she was going to spend her points, after a few minutes she made up her mind and started distributing her points:
[Strength = 10] [Mana = 14]
[Defense = ]
[Agility = 8]
[1 Undistributed Stat Points]
Thea didn't make a mistake leaving one point undistributed. She was feeling playful and eagerly wanted to know if anything would happen if she would put another point into defense and so she put a point in defense.
[Strength = 10] [Mana = 14]
[Defense = ]
[Agility = 8]
She expected it, but was still disappointed. The window closed and back she was with 1 tab left in her view which she opened and a screen popped up:
[All species on Terah get on average 6-8 points automatically allocated during a level up.]
[6 points are provided standard, 50 DP per extra point. Maximum of 14 points can be bought.]
This tab wasn't anything complex so she just purchased everything and finalized it. The window closed bringing her back to her status window:
-----------------------------------
[Name = Thea ?]
[Race = Bohemicum]
[Titles = First Grand Space Mage, Reincarnated, Primum Bohemicum, Sweet Tooth]
[Level = 1 (0/100)]
[Strength = 10] [Mana = 14]
[Defense = ] [Charm = 50]
[Agility = 8] [Luck = 1]
-----------------------------------
[Passive Skills: Select to Open]
[Active Skills: Select to Open]
-----------------------------------
Thea was upset her [Luck] stat would be forever be 1. She wasn't unlucky but neither was she lucky, at least 1 is better than 0, so Thea didn't mind much about it. Having nothing left to do in this window, it closed and brought her back to the screen she was seeing for the fourth time now.
