Chapter 1944: Soul Clone

Chapter 1944: Soul Clone

'Aargh'

Among all the pains that Ajax went through in his life until now, today's pain will take the first place.

No matter how much Ajax prepared for this, he could not bear the pain and clenched his teeth, trying his best to endure.

His mind stopped working and he started regretting the decision of choosing to create a Soul Clone with 99 percent of his soul.

No matter how daring a cultivator is, he won't use 99 percent of his Soul in creating a clone; however, Ajax wanted not a clone but another him who could not only do chores for him but he should also assist him in the battle.

Before he chose the option of using 99 percent of his soul in creating the Soul Clone, Ajax guessed that the Soul Clone he created using 99 percent of his Soul would have 99 percent of his battle prowess which was equivalent to his own battle prowess.

Therefore, he was excited about it and decided to endure the pain no matter how painful it would be.

However, right now, he realized that the pains he had gone through in the past were not comparable to the ones he was going through.

'Ding,

Detected the host in a pain that was beyond what he could endure.

'Ding,

The [Higher World Tree] has decided to share half of the host's pain.

'Swoosh'

Followed by the two system notifications, the unbearable, soul-piercing pain that Ajax was going through has lessened, making Ajax finally able to think.

'T-this...I have to think carefully from now on regarding matters related to the soul.'

Finally, Ajax understood why the Souls is considered a delicate subject.

'T-this pain...it's making me go crazy.'

Even though the pain had lessened, it was still within the range that Ajax could barely endure and it was making Ajax quite frustrated.

'[Higher World Tree], once I receive the Plant Essence from the Special Trading Realm, I will give you half of it.'

While enduring the pain, Ajax looked at the Higher World Tree in the distance that was sharing his half pain and could not help but promise it.

'T-thanks, master.'

The Tree Spirit of the Higher World Tree has transformed into a young and beautiful woman after reaching 100000 years.

Hearing Ajax's words, she shuttered a little while thanking him.

Ajax knew that she was also barely enduring the pain and didn't disturb her anymore as they both continued to endure the pain.

Soon, Ajax sensed that he was losing consciousness and upon thinking, he knew exactly what was happening.

He was not losing consciousness because of the pain; instead, it was a side effect that came with losing his 99 percent of soul.

'Swoosh'

Nevertheless, Ajax tried his best to stay awake but eventually fell asleep.

As for the soul-slashing pain, it was still there; however, Ajax no longer felt anything with his 1 percent remaining soul.

'Swoosh'

In the next second, the transparent being was pulled out by one of the branches of the [Soul Nourishment Tree].

Upon its rapid nurturing, the transparent being started transforming into a real being that looked just like Ajax.

'Swoosh'

At the same time, another branch of the [Soul Nourishment Tree] flew to the unconscious Ajax with a bright green-coloured fruit.

'Kacha'

Suddenly, a thin branch pierced through the Soul Regeneration Fruit and extended into Ajax's body, acting like a straw.

Soon, the Soul Regeneration Fruit lost all its lustre and dried up as all the energy inside it, entered Ajax's body and started regenerating his soul rapidly.

No matter how fast it was, it took an entire mouth in the Floating Island for Ajax to gainn/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

consciousness.

'Ding,

Congratulations to the host for creating a Soul Clone with the host's battle prowess of 99

percent.

'Ding,

The Soul Clone can use all the Divine Rules and Official Skills of the host.

'Ding,

However, it has only permanent simple intelligence.

As soon as he woke up, Ajax received a series of system notifications regarding his Soul Clone

that was sitting beside him as though it was waiting for him to wake up.

Seeing him wake up, the Soul Clone hurriedly stood up and waited for Ajax's orders.

Ajax was not surprised that his Soul Clone could use the Divine Rules because he had already expected that.

"Go to the Golden Demon Territory and collect the World Cores from all the worlds that were about to die."

Without wasting any time, Ajax gave the mission to his Soul Clone.

Ajax had already ordered his subordinate, the new Golden Demon Emperor, to evacuate the Demons living in the world that was about to be destroyed.

And in the entire territory, there were quite a lot of them and it would take a while for his Soul Clone to collect them.

Nevertheless, Ajax was not worried about the time as he already had a Divine World Core to convert his Regular Spirit Cultivation into Divine Spirit Cultivation.

So, Ajax didn't mind his Soul Clone taking a bit of time to return; however, he wanted as many World Cores as possible.

"Yes."

The Soul Clone nodded his head and was ready to leave the Floating Island; however, it

couldn't leave the Floating Island on its own.

But, Ajax, as the ruler of the Floating Island, he could send anyone out of the Floating Island with a single thought and successfully sent his Soul Clone.

---

'Swoosh'

The Soul Clone appeared on the platform of the Greater Metal Human World and met with

the Human Metal Emperor.

Since the Soul Clone has basic intelligence, it only spoke with the Metal Emperor for a few moments before returning to the Five-Elemental World.

From the Five Elemental World, there was a teleportation center connecting to the Golden Demon Territory. So, the Soul Clone didn't waste any time and fully focused on his mission of collecting the World Cores from the Golden Demon Territory.

...

"Since Collecting the World Cores problem is being taken care of, it is time to check out the

other Trees."

In the Floating Island, Ajax became excited as he focused his attention on the remaining Special Trees in his Divine Inner World.
