Chapter 180 – 180. Everyone Is Family

As soon as Tsunade heard Nawaki's voice, she cried even more. His jokes made her smile and cry at the same time. "I thought I lost you…"

"Me too… thanks to Lord Dama, I am alive and… seeing you. I could hear everything that Haku was saying." Nawaki weakly said.

"Then I think we have Haku to thank for a lot." Shiroken was proud of Haku, he felt it was a great decision to adopt the boy.

"AH!" Nawaki tried to stand up suddenly but fell back. Tsunade quickly caught him.

"Don't try to get up so suddenly, you have been in a coma for years, your body is perfectly healthy, but your muscle memory is lost. You will have to once again start with simple baby steps. Tsunade can help you with this, she's a great medical ninja." Shiroken advised him.

"I will, Lord Dama." He nodded.

"Hey, it's 'big brother' for you." Shiroken corrected him quickly.

Tsunade then pecked a kiss on his lips and happily pushed her brother's wheelchair away. She would watch over his health and diet. Shiroken then headed out to see how the Uchihas were doing. They were the most problematic bunch after all.

"Thank you, son. You did a great help. My terrace was leaking and I didn't even know. The rain would have spoiled everything. Here, take these cabbages with you, I grew them myself."

"Thank you, old man. And don't worry about such small things. You can call me anytime if you need help." Obito Uchiha smilingly left the house.

He now lived not in the Dama City but instead in the countryside. With him also lived Rin, under the same roof. They had long ago realised that they had feelings for each other. So, they decided to start dating.

After that, they moved here, but Obito had an assignment. He was the District Governor in the southern part of the Dama Country, it also had the country's 3rd biggest port. He was to run it efficiently and help make the lives of the people better.

He took the task by heart and worked hard every single day, in hopes to get forgiveness from the people someday. What kind of forgiveness? He had no idea. His motto was to just do good and expect nothing in return.

"Rin, I brought some cabbage." He happily entered his house. It was a government property where he lived due to his designation. He was the highest authority in the district. His salary was not so much that he can be called rich. It was just enough to live a decent life, he didn't ask for more.

Rin, on the other hand, worked as the District's Head Healer. She was the boss of all healers that uses Chakra in the district.

"Obito, Lord Dama has come to visit us." She informed him.

Shiroken chuckled, seeing them act like this, "You two should just marry. You are already acting like a married couple."

They blushed like newlyweds. Obito quickly took Shiroken to sit outside in the garden. Shiroken admired the place, "It's a nice place you got here. I too always preferred smaller homes, they feel more cosy and intimate. Castles are… they feel dead."

Obito nodded, "And living here in the countryside is not bad. People watch out for each other here. Poverty is non-existent in the entire country so people are happy with their lives."

"Lord Dama, have some tea and moon-cakes." Rin came with a tray full of refreshments.

"Sit here, Rin. I came here to talk with you two. I wanted to see how you two are doing but it seems my worries were useless." He complimented.

Then he got to the main business, "Well, you two. I will be leaving tomorrow. My target is to eradicate the Otsutsuki."

"Will it be dangerous?" Obito asked.

"It most likely will be. But, each Otsutsuki I will kill, will make me stronger. In the meantime when I am gone, I need you to help the world stay at peace. Follow the command of Monari and the Bijuu." He instructed him.

"I will do as you command, Lord Dama. Do not worry, even if it costs my life, I will protect the people." Obito promised, and there was no doubt he was being sincere.

*Pat* "I know, kid. I should take my leave now, I need to visit many places. You two take care, and maybe by the time I return I will get to play with some little Uchihas?" He, like any other elder, embarrassed them. The two while blushing watched him fly away.

With smiles, he went to his next destination. This time he was in Amegakure. This was the home of Konan, and her husband, Shisui. Yes, both of them had already married by now. It was a decision they took out of nowhere. It was kinda funny.

"Okay, truth and dare. That's what we shall play." Saiken and his human staff were playing on the farm. The participants were Saiken, Shirajin, Kaguya, Shisui, Konan, Monari and Chomei.

"Okay, I will ask and Kaguya will respond. Truth or Dare?" Chomei asked.

"Truth," Kaguya responded.

"Ummm… who do you like the most on this planet?" Chomei asked her.

Kaguya didn't waste a second before replying, "Saiken."

"Oh, so you're into tentacles, NICE," Monari mumbled from the side.

Saiken felt shy and turned the bottle again, "Next… AH! Monari's turn. Shisui, truth or dare?"

"Truth," Shisui chose.

Monari laughed evilly, "Ummm… Shisui, who is the girl that you love romantically and want to spend your whole life with?"

Shisui knew Monari would ask something crazy like this. But, there was nothing to hide, "Konan."

Konan was the silent type, even though she had opened up a little in time, she was still generally silent. Her cheeks flushed after hearing his reply.

Then, the next turn was made, this time Monari was to ask Konan. Shisui, meanwhile, felt the game was rigged. "Truth or Dare?"

Not wanting to say something embarrassing, she blurted, "Dare," But then regretted it.

"Fine, kiss Shisui," Monari quickly said.

Konan and Shisui looked at each other with shocked eyes, while others chanted, "Kiss her… Kiss her."

Shisui sighed and with no care walked closer to Konan. They had already done this many times before, even more than this. But, doing it in public was awkward.

They quickly kissed each other, Shisui though suddenly had an idea, "Konan, let's get married."

Konan was shaken by this sudden proposal, but her eyes softened then and she nodded silently, holding his hand tightly. Monari whistled loudly, "GOOD, WHERE IS THE RING?"

Well, their dumb faces cleared that they had none. Monari had to do something, so she saw the poor Shirajin beside her, "My sweety, give me your marble ring."

"NO! Uncle Shiro gave me this. It's precious." He hid his hand.

"Don't worry, you will get the ring back later, and I will ask Shiro to get you twenty more. Wear them on your feet as well if that's what you want." She sweetened the deal for him.

"Ummm… why don't you give them your ring?" He asked.

Monari made a sad face, "This is mom's marriage ring. If I gave it away, your mum and dad would leave each other. Do you want that?"

Poor Shirajin got scared, "NO! I don't want mum and dad to leave. Here, take it."

She kissed Shirajin's head and gave the ring to Obito. "Give it to her, boy."

And so, a romantic engagement was held. Shirajin praised his mom, "Woah, you made them married, mom."

Monari chuckled with a hint of evil laughter hidden in her voice, "It was all a part of the plan, my cute son. This is how the Uchiha clan shall return."

Presently, Amegakure,

Shiroken appeared outside the largest orphanage to have ever been built. It had nearly a thousand kids living in it. It was run by Shisui and Konan.

"OLD MAN SHIROOO…" A few kids who knew him came out running happily and hugged him.

"Hahaha, I hope you all have been good. I brought a lot of candy for you all today. Let's go in." The kids dragged him inside, holding his hand with their little fingers.

He found Shisui and Konan working in the big Kitchen, preparing the dinner for the kids. He chuckled seeing children all around them, some big ones were helping. It was a beautiful sight.

"You two really suit each other." He made his presence known.

"Lord Dama!" Shisui greeted him quickly.

*BAM* He knocked on Shisui's head, "Kid, I told you so many times, you're like a son to me."

Then quickly, Shiroken made a few clones of himself and allowed them to cook, so he could talk to the husband and wife. Outside, he told the two where he was going.

"Is there any risk to your life?" Shisui asked him.

Shiroken couldn't give a direct answer, "I… I don't know, son. It's uncharted territory. I don't know what kind of monsters live there. Yes, I might die this time. Though it's not my plan."

"Then I will go with you, I've been following you since the day you took me out of the tree. You gave me this second life, it's yours to take as well." Shisui firmly pledged.

Shiroken chuckled and patted Shisui and Konan's head, "If you come with me, you are guaranteed to die. And don't talk about the past, you have paid back whatever you owned by being a good kid. Now, just live a happy and honest life, that will prove I was able to give you good teachings. Ah, I need to go now, Itachi and Izumi invited me for dinner."

*THUD*

Shisui and Konna all of a sudden hugged him together. Konan muttered in a breaking voice, "T-Thank you, for being the father I never had."

"Haha, do you want to make me cry, girl? It's okay now, Konan. You're a strong girl now. You overcame the sad past and now have this lovely life. Appreciate it and be happy, that's all I ask. Bye now, take care of each other." He waved his hand as he flew away.

Seeing him leave, Shisui sadly muttered. "In the quest to have a real family, he ended up making everyone a family it seems."
