Chapter 1187 Giving A Massive Gift

Chapter 1187  Giving A Massive Gift

Whoosh!

Although he made sure to distance himself as far as possible from both players and other people when he entered the rift, Valyr surprisingly did not take too long to find a town that had a branch of the Blacksmith Guild.

Making great use of his identity as Ylvar, it only took a few more minutes after entering the town he found for him to make use of the guild's Teleportation Hall, with the leader of the branch even going so far as to help him out in the process.

With that, it was around the start of nighttime when the young man had arrived at the Algerie Kingdom branch of the Blacksmith Guild, his appearance causing the staff member guarding the Teleportation Hall to widen his eyes in disbelief.

"You're… that…" For a brief moment, the staff member looked at Valyr with his mouth agape, his expression seemingly asking the latter as to whether or not he was dreaming.

With a slight chuckle, Valyr responded back by telling the man to make sure his appearance within the guild would not leak out, only to then switch into the other identity he made to hide his identity as Ylvar.

"I suppose I could trust you on this one, no?" Giving himself a bit of time to adjust to his current appearance, the young man was immediately greeted by a barrage of nods from the staff member in response to the question.

Thanking the man after that, it was only then did Valyr make his way to Julian's workshop, radiating a bit of his aura the moment he was there.

"You're finally here." Sensing a familiar aura come from the entrance of the workshop, the expression on Julian's face quickly turned into a smile once he realized it was Valyr visiting him. "I thought you'd take a bit longer, actually."

"I was actually near a town when I sent you that message," replied Valyr back with a smile of his own. "In any case, you already know the reason why I came here."

At those words, Julian nodded. "You told me you had something special to give me?" n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

"I do." Grinning as he nodded back, Valyr went ahead and tossed one of the spatial bracelets he was wearing to him. "Take a look inside."

"Hmm?" Curious, Julian looked at the young man for a bit before shifting his focus towards the spatial bracelet, opening it.

"Wait… this is…?!" At the very moment the man opened up the spatial bracelet, he was instantly greeted by the sight of hundreds upon hundreds of weapons and armor, all of them more than ready to be distributed throughout the frontlines.

"And that's not all." Watching Julian's eyes widen in disbelief from the contents of the spatial bracelet, Valyr let out a slight chuckle before tossing yet another spatial bracelet to him.

Receiving the second spatial bracelet from the young man, the man only felt further disbelief once he found out that it was also filled to the brim with usable equipment.

"This…" Giving himself some time to regain his bearings, Julian took in a deep breath before looking back at Valyr with great curiosity on his face. "How many pieces of equipment is this even in total?"

"I'd say 500 pieces in total, give or take?" replied the young man back, which only made the man feel the urge to faint there and then.

However, at the moment a slight chuckle escaped Valyr's lips, Julian was forced to regain his composure, getting the feeling that the young man in front of him still had more to show.

"Don't tell me…" Considering that he'd already received tons of equipment from the young man, it did not take much time for Julian to come up with his next question. "You still have more equipment?"

In response, Valyr grinned at him, causing his urge to faint there and then to swiftly return at that very moment.

Though, just like before, Julian was forced to maintain composure once more as he noticed that the young man still had something to say to him.

In the end, he let out a faint sigh as he looked at Valyr. After that, he asked him the question that's been nagging him at the back of his mind.

"Where did you even get your hand on this much equipment?"

As this question escaped his mouth, Julian thought Valyr got access to some treasure trove or found some abandoned equipment cache near the outskirts of the village he decided to stay in.

Yet, the answer he got was neither of those.

"The Four Pillars' Inheritance," replied Valyr, giving Julian a brief explanation on the material cache that was inside the inheritance.

"If that's the case…" Though it wasn't the answer he was expecting, such an answer was more than enough for Julian to understand what was going on.

However…

"But how did you access the inheritance again even though you've already left? I thought the inheritance can only be accessed once every decade?"

At that question, Valyr explained to him that passing the trials of the inheritance gave them to opportunity to return to the places where material caches were at any time.

Unfortunately, it was only a one-time opportunity, the young man wanted to make the most out of that opportunity.

"And a couple days was the time I made the most out of that only opportunity," said the young man, his expression that of slight sadness.

"…" For a while after that, Julian went silent, looking at the two spatial bracelets Valyr gave to him.

Then, with a low exhale, he looked at the young man with gratitude in his eyes, telling him that the Blacksmith Guild now owed them a great favor for his contribution.

"Just so you know, the 500 pieces of equipment you've given me are enough to give all of the blacksmiths within the various guild branches a couple days of rest," said Julian as he stood up, briefly asking Valyr about the remaining equipment he'd yet to give.

In response, the young man told him that he had no more spare spatial bracelets with him, prompting the two of them to make their way to the guild storage as Julian gave him an extra spatial bracelet as thanks.

"Say, Valyr…" While the young man was comparing the space within the spatial bracelet Julian gave him to the one he got from the inheritance, the man beside him looked at him with curiosity.

"How many pieces of equipment did you get from the inheritance in total?"

"Hmm…" Closing his eyes for a bit, Valyr soon let out a faint chuckle. "If we include the 500 pieces of equipment I just gave you…"

"Around 1,800 pieces of equipment, perhaps?"

Thud!

"…Julian? You good?"

"…Did… did he just faint from what I said?"
