"Thanks, Grill." Broken still found it surreal, talking to them like this-especially considering Lily and Hazel had suddenly appeared on the battlefield with their game

characters. He smiled, still adjusting to the situation.

"Take those two items, I'm fine with it. Just share some monster cores with me and Bloom," SexyGrill said. "Besides, we only showed up near the end."

SexyBloom turned toward Broken as well. "Yes, brother, don't overthink it. Grill would be more than happy to give you even more to support you, so you better take advantage of that."

"Yes, everything," SexyGrill added, winking playfully at SexyBloom.

"Everything? Broken, aren't you taking too much from this poor girl?" Ivana chimed in with a

smirk.

"No, I'm the one being bullied here!" Broken protested. "So don't side with them, Ivana!" "So, Broken, are you going after minors now?" Elincia teased with a playful grin. "No, she is not."

"Yes, I'm legal age already," SexyGrill replied with a smirk. "But he's been close to me since I was under 18."

Elincia giggled. "That sounds exactly like Broken. And you-Guild Master of Sexy Killers, Lust Champion, and a Unique-grade class holder. Looks like you're becoming a bit too much like our Main Character here, taking quite a bit for yourself, huh?"

After a moment, with no more notifications coming in, Broken took a breath and glanced around, seeing players lost in celebration. Then, from a distance, he noticed several people running toward him.

"Polly!" he called out as the four-tailed fox swooped down and landed near him. The fox brought its head closer to Broken, opening its mouth wide to reveal several glittering stones.

"Master," Polly exclaimed, "I have slain many monsters and collected a great number of monster cores and monster soul stones. Please, take all of these."

"Good job, Polly."

Without missing a beat, he climbed onto Polly's back. "How about we go somewhere more comfortable to talk? Let's go, Ivana." Ivana smiled, before hopping onto Polly behind him. The fox flapped her wings and quickly took off into the sky.

SexyGrill, SexyBloom, and Elincia flew into the air as well, trailing behind Polly, following as they soared away from the battlefield.

"Broken! I want to interview you!" Max's voice echoed from below, but by then, Broken had already disappeared into the sky.

Ivana chuckled softly. "They want to celebrate the victory with you, but you'd rather keep your distance."

"I'm not a fan of being the center of attention."

Elincia, SexyGrill, and SexyBloom all flew off in different directions, agreeing to talk more during their next login. As they departed, a question suddenly formed in his mind: How did Lily manage to log into the game?

He was sure there was only one Capsule Device outside. Did she somehow find another way?

As Polly flew over the inner city, the extent of the destruction from the monster attack became more apparent. Ruined buildings and debris were scattered across various points of Deadbay.

As they descended, the ruins seemed even more severe.

Soon, they spotted Karl, Yann, and Anna, who were happily waving from the ground. Polly

glided down and landed gracefully nearby.

"My Lord, we won!" Anna exclaimed, her excitement still palpable.

But Broken furrowed his brow. "What was the aftermath of the attack? How many were

affected?"

Anna's face fell, and she shook her head sadly. "It was your mentor who saved us... Thankfully, because of him, the damage wasn't as severe as it could have been."

"Mentor?"

"It was Mr. Fokil, My Lord," Karl added.

"Thank you all for your hard work. You can rest now."

Polly flew into the air again, carrying them toward Fokil's Smithy. When they arrived, Fokil was seated in front of his smithy, casually sipping from a wooden mug as if the recent citywide battle had barely disrupted his day.

Broken approached the blacksmith, who sat calmly amidst the ruins of the city, sipping from a wooden mug as if the chaos hadn't fazed him. Earlier, Broken had caught a glimpse of Fokil saving Ivana during the battle, but after that, the blacksmith had vanished, likely to protect

the city and check on the damage.

As Broken stood before Fokil, curiosity got the better of him. For the first time, he glanced at the blacksmith's stats- and what he saw left him stunned.
