Chapter 1366: A Bald Man

Zook "Hey let go of my Zangoose,"

Zook screams at Julian as he sees Julian's Vikavolt clamp down its mandibles on the back of his Zangoose's neck.

Shadow Zangoose started flailing around, trying to free itself from Vikavolt's grip, but it was useless.

Julian "Now use Thunderwave and paralyze it completely,"

Julian orders.

Attacking a Shadow Pokemon is no use as they ignore all damage, even if they are seriously injured. It is best to incapacitate them and capture them to lessen the damage to these poor souls.

Hearing Julian's command, Vikavolt starts to vibrate his wings and releases waves of electricity into his surroundings. And with Shadow Zangoose being trapped in his jaw, it is the first one to get hit by it.

Shadow Zangoose experiences the full brunt of the Thunderwave and loses all motor functions.

Thunderwave is a move that travels in all directions, but its drawback is that the farther an opponent is, the lesser the effect the move has. But with Shadow Zangoose being right in front of Vikavolt, the move does phenomenal work.

Shadow Zangoose's body goes limp, but Julian can still see that it is conscious. So without wasting a second, he takes out a Pokeball, channels his energy into it, and tosses it at the Zangoose.

The Pokeball hits the Zangoose and engulfs it.

Zook "HEY! What are you doing?"

He shouts seeing his Pokemon being captured right in front of his eyes. This should not be possible, but the man in front of him just did it.

The Pokeball beeps three times and successfully captures the Shadow Zangoose.

Zook "How the fuck did you do that? Give back my Pokemon, you thief!"

He shouts trying to cause a commotion, but no one seems to be bothered by it. Zook is a local goon and people are fed up with his antics, so they revel in his loss.

Julian "I will ask you one last time. Where did you get this Pokemon?"

Julian asks again. This time in a more threatening way, but Zook is a stubborn man.

Zook "I had enough of you!"

With no intention of answering Julian's question, Zook runs at Julian. Trying to punch him, but before he can get close, he gets a jolt of Thundershock.

Not as strong as a Thunderbolt, but strong enough to bring down the massive muscle head.

Zook comes crashing down and hits his head on the ground, but his head to too thick to get knocked out from this.

Zook groans and lifts his head up to see Julian's legs right in front of his face. Before he can even get back to his feet, Julian lifts his leg, stomps down on Zook's face, and pins him to the ground again.

Julian "Let me ask you one last time. From where did you get this Pokemon?"

Julian threatens.

Zook "Fuck you,"

Zook curses at Julian.

Julian doesn't take this lightly and starts putting pressure down on Zook's face. Zook feels his head being squished to the ground.

Pain instantly radiates, and he starts squirming on the ground.

Zook "Mother fucker, let.. me.. go..."

Zook groans in pain, but Julian increases the pressure instead.

By now, Zook feels as if his head is about to pop. He cannot take it anymore.

Zook "Ok fine, s..stop, I will tell you,"

As soon as these words come out of his mouth, Julian lessens the pressure, but he doesn't take his foot off of Zook's head.

Julian "Start speaking,"

Zook "It was this girl with pink-colored hair, tied up in long pigtails. She gave it to me,"

Zook answered.

Julian "Why did you give it to you? What did she say?"

Julian asks another question.

Zook "She just gave me the Pokemon and told me to pick fights with the locals and officials"

He says.

Julian stares coldly at Zook and finally lets him go. Zook immediately gets back to his feet and runs away, not wanting to spend a second in Julian's presence.

Julian doesn't understand why would Cipher hand over their Shadow Pokemon to a goon like Zook.

Julian "What are they trying to achieve?"

Julian asks himself, as he doesn't understand what Cipher is trying to do.

He watches Zook run with his tail tucked between his legs and then turns around to look at Michael and Jovi.

Julian "Are you two fine?"

He asks looking at the two kids. He then notices that Jovi is looking at him with shining eyes.

Jovi "Oh my god uncle, you are so strong!"

She praises Julian.

Julian "Uncle?"

Julian questions, as this was the first time he has ever been called an uncle in this life. He didn't care about the praise, but he definitely felt offended at being called an uncle. He is just 18.

Julian "How old do you think I am?"

He asks looking down at Jovi.

Jovi "I don't know. You are so big, so you should at least be 30,"

Jovi says as she looks up at Julian.

Julian sighed in defeat and decided to not bother with the little girl.

Julian "Ok now, run away, Don't go around causing trouble,"

He says, sends Vikavolt back into his Pokeball, gets back on his bike, and drives away.

What he didn't know was someone was watching him leave.

A very short, bald man watched standing on top of a docked ship as Julian left.

"What is he doing here?"

The bald man asks the two men who are standing behind him, one with red hair and the other with blue.

"We don't know sir,"

The red-haired one spoke.

"Get rid of him before he comes knocking on our door,"

The old man says and walks into the ship.
