Silvana Warren slammed at the table and said, "Brother, just go. Bring me with you! I want to find Cid! Who the hell told him to escape from me!? I won't allow it! He is mine.

"You lunatic! If you want to die, then die alone. Don't drag me with you!" Barret Warren retorted.

Silvana Warren rebuked her brother. "You coward! If you don't want to fight, just give me your position as a general. Someone weak-willed like you doesn't need to learn at all!"

"You! You want to send all of my soldiers to death! Fuck off! Stay away from my troop. Starting today, you are dismissed from my brigade!" Barret Warren said.

A lot of similar situations are happening to everyone with a high position in the Federation Star. Most of them attained their position due to bribery and not because of strength. These so-called generals in the Human Star are just model figures with no exact merits to back them up. During crises like this, they are more useless than ordinary soldiers who fight to protect their homes.

In a place where lots of beastmen live, Mo Shizhe started a massacre. He needs to kill a lot of people to devour their life force and increase his strength as soon as possible. His battle against the two Sovereigns of Vearth, plus the God of Origin and the God of End, made him flee with fatal injuries. His left arm was almost crippled when the Sovereign Ruler of Life and Death, Mo Baojun, froze it.

The effects of his attacks even affected souls. So even after Mo Shizhe changed his vessel, his left arm became useless. He needs more life force to cure his soul. So he devoured the lives those old men had given up to protect theirs. They chose to betray their ally, the Beast People. All those beast men who live in the Federation were killed and devoured by Mo Shizhe.

Currently sitting in the middle of a mound of corpses that have a purplish black aura surrounding them, Mo Shizhe is slowly eroding their life essence with beastly shapes. The majority of them have passed away, and even now, their souls are being consumed. The young marshal was surrounded by the smell of blood and strewn flesh.

He attempted to move his left arm, but it trembled violently and moved very little.

"These people aren't even enough to heal my hand. The numbers are barely enough. I need to eat more," Mo Shizhe mumbles as he tries to move his left hand with an annoyed expression on his face.

Those red, inhuman eyes glow with greed and hunger as he yearns to devour Queen Titania, who caught his eye all those years he tried to eat this world. If not for the restrictions placed by the original King Augustus when he was in his body, he would have already eaten the Zerg Queen and everyone in the hive. That's how insatiable his hunger was.

Queen Titania had just returned from the military and gone back to the king's palace. The door to the King's chamber has been closed ever since the last meeting, and no figure of King Augustus has been seen in the Imperial Palace. Queen Titania asked, "What the hell is he going in there that he doesn't even come out to eat? You guys know, right?"

"Your Highness, you already know we are not originally from this world. The original existence in the vessel the lord is using was eaten by something evil, and when the lord descended, he killed that evil being but was cursed instead. His soul was sealed in that body and was unable to repair the problems in his genes like I did. So," Marquess Conrad Silver explained.
