Chapter 32- Blackmail~

Sasaki Aoi was in distress. And she has all the reasons to be nervous.

Years back, when she was in middle school, she committed a sin, she still couldn't forgive herself for. A crime that Aoi could never tell anyone about.

When she was new in her relationship, she fought with her boyfriend a lot. Their thoughts always clashed and unlike her, who always dwelled in darkness after a fight, he always goes to hang out with people and behave like nothing happened.

One of those days, when they fought over spending time with each other, Aoi saw her boyfriend kissing another girl just the same day they fought.

She was devastated and as always went to vent her frustration on her childhood friend, Minoru. However, that day was different. That particular rainy day, something came over her and Aoi took a bold decision to do the same thing as her boyfriend by kissing another man. 

Things elevated from that point and before she knew it, she was already having sex with that said childhood friend. 

Was she seeking reliance? Was it just her lonely self surfacing? Was she always like this? Did cheating never make her feel guilty? 

Aoi couldn't answer all of them, but surely, after the deed she never dared to look for another man and became more tolerant toward her relationship. She wouldn't say that sleeping with another man was a good thing, but that day surely brought her closer to the person Aoi loves.

And even Souta seemed to be getting really proactive in their relationship these few years, which led them to travel out of Tokyo for the first time, to spend their holidays together. 

It was a big leap in their relationship. Aoi already was planning her future with Souta and it was the same for him as well. 

Everything was going fine and according to what she envisioned...until she met a certain someone on the trip.

"Aoi, you good?" Hearing the person calling out from beside, Aoi was plucked out of her daze. She had been spacing out for so long that she never noticed when they reached the hotel.

"Yeah...I am fine..." Her answer wasn't truthful since she was anything but fine at the moment.

Souta could sense that there was something wrong with her but being with Aoi for so long, he had learned to be patient and not push her into a corner. 

'Forget it...if it's really important, she would eventually tell me.' Shrugging off, Souta was leading the girl toward the room and wanted to order some delicious lunch, when suddenly,

"Umm, Sou-kun." Souta halted in his steps to look at her uncertain expression before her words of request followed, "...can you go back alone? I need to call Mom and also the class representative about the assignment. You know, she irritates a lot when things come to it."

Souta blinked in surprise before nodding in understanding, "Alright, I will order some tea for you. " 

Aoi smiled before she bid farewell to him...only to find her smile disappearing the moment he walked away.

She was going to settle some accounts.

Minoru's smirk couldn't have been any more wide as he saw the person who came knocking on his door. 

"Will you stop giving me that creepy smile and let me in?" Resisting the urge to yell at him, Aoi asked 'nicely'.

"With that attitude...we better talk it right here." Minoru tilted his body and rested his shoulder against the door frame before relaying his thoughts.

Along with frustration, Aoi was surprised as well, to see how rebellious this guy has grown to not heed her command, even if she was asking so nicely.

In the past, he was just like her dog, but now...things have changed as it seems.

"I request you, please let me in since this is something I cannot talk so openly." Swallowing her pride, she requested in a feeble tone, since she indeed would die of embarrassment if someone heard the content of her concern.

Minoru raised his brows before shrugging off his reluctance and letting the girl walk in.

"So what is it?" Minoru wasn't obliged to be courteous toward her so without delaying any further he jumped on the topic.

Aoi's expression hardened before she coldly asked, "You have the picture of that day?"

"That day? You need to be specific, girl." Minoru rested himself at the edge of his bed while looking at the girl with a teasing look.

"You very well know! Don't play with me, Minoru." Her tone and expression clearly stated, how agitated she was at the moment.

Her good-going relationship could be jeopardized by this bastard!

"And what if I? What can you do other than shouting?" 

Aoi remained silent at that. He was correct, she couldn't do anything. She could not tell her parents or Souta about it since she wasn't forced that day. And even in the videos, it could be seen how she was desperately seeking Minoru, not the other way around.

She had no other option here. 

"What do you want?" Aoi felt a rush of shiver run down her spine when she allowed such words to voice out, since considering his behavior until now, she already expected what he could ask.

Minoru snickered at the weak maiden facade she had adapted, even though, a moment ago, she was hissing like a wild cat. He was aware of her true nature so getting fooled by her timid appearance was something he could never allow himself.

"Haah....first let's get comfortable. How about you get rid of those clothes?"

"As I thought, you are just a perverted dog-wait! What are you doing?!" Aoi's verbal assault immediately broke when she saw Minoru suddenly taking out his phone.

"Well, I didn't invite you inside to get insulted so why not-"

"Wait! I am undressing, but please don't leak those videos!" As she spoke her fingers had already begun unstrapping her dress.

The exposure to her skin brought a grin to his face.

'Now this is what I call a delicious lunch...'
