First Demonic Dragon

Chapter 790 Late Arrival

Mira was starting down at an enemy bested in rather embarrassing fashion.

Being torn to pieces by your own attack was top five worst ways for a warrior to go out. Honestly, she was embarrassed for him.

By some miracle, her enemy had avoided being killed but Mira could not exactly call his current state 'living' either.

Since Mira made sure to siphon her enemy's magical power, his healing factor was hardly strong enough to keep up with his grievous injuries.

Mira had a much easier time trying to restrain him now that her enemy was riddled with holes.

Borrowing a technique from her father, Mira created a large pink cube made of spacial magic.

While not wholly unbreakable like Abaddon's, it would certainly hold something of her enemy's level really easily.

She shrunk the cube down until it was practically pocket sized.

"Oh, that would have been super convenient!"

Mira glanced over her shoulder and found the rest of their Unongendi approaching her.

As always, the young Alexandra was still lacking in knowledge of formality.

"Stashing those guys would have been a lot easier than eating them… They're kind of gross tasting." She shivered.

"That is similar to what we taste like, Disciple." Another sister responded.

"What? Really? How do you know?!"

"Ah… well you know I was a dominatrix in the red light district before I joined the sisterhood. I had some… hardcore clients."

"Wooahh… Cool."

Mira chuckled as she stashed away her enemy for safekeeping. "I suppose I don't need to ask how you all fared seeing as you don't have a scratch. You have all done we-"

The world overheard released a metallic lurching noise.

The scenery rippled like a gently disturbed lake. A large spaceship came bursting on to the scene from seemingly out of nowhere.

It was a sleek, shining work of beauty that looked precisely like something out of a science fiction film.

Mira fought the urge to laugh as soon as she saw it.

The spaceship slowly descended into a picture perfect landing.

A hissing noise was emitted from the back of the ship. Hanger doors slid open and a parade of men and women strode out.

They were headed up by an older man with salt and pepper hair wearing a deep brown trench coat.

He and all of his minions stopped just shy of running into the opposing group.

"My word, my word. Someone seems to be all grown up now. Time certainly has flown by, hasn't it?" Mira mocked.

The man in question crinkled his nose when he laid eyes on her.

It was unnatural. She was the exact same in appearance as she was about 31 years ago.

Mira was a fair bit taller than him, but the Director still held his chin up with an authoritative posture.

"We did not come here to reminisce." He finally said.

"Oh, I know. But since you are already too late to stop the anomaly, you may as well indulge me for a moment." Mira dismissed.

"You're bluffing." The Director retorted.

"Sureee I am." Mira wagged a bejeweled book in front of his face.

*Unintelligible grumbling*

Mira sidestepped a red faced director and stared at the two individuals standing rather close behind him.

He moved in her path to block them from view.

"Things truly do always manage to stay the same. You stood behind your father years ago in the same manner that those two stand behind you. It's nice to finally lay eyes on your… actually, which of them is to be your hei-"

"Never mind that." The Director cut her short. "Since the anomaly has been contained, we'd like to take a few samples of the area before leaving. Will you allow us that courtesy at least?"

"You don't ask for things like a person who wants something. You ask for them like you're annoyed you even have to ask in the first place."

*Further unintelligible grumbling.*

"May we… please collect samples and leave?" He asked through clenched teeth.

Mira broke out into a wide smile. "Why of course! We're all on the same side here, right?"

The Director scoffed without dignifying her words with a response.

He took his men and shuffled away in annoyance while Mira watched them all go.

"After all of this time, the Order still doesn't have a great sense of humor." She sighed. "Oh well. Can't fix everything I guess."

Bekka rubbed her hands in anticipation as she picked up a fork and knife.

It took a lot of begging and mouth stuff to convince Tatiana to make her special Italian style three course lunch.

A meat calzone stuffed to the utmost, chicken parmigiana, and a generous serving of spaghetti and meatballs. There was also some white wine and garlic bread.

And it was all for her.

Wasn't it nice to be married?

Bekka's tail swooshed behind her as she performed her signature happy shuffle and ate in silence.

A little jingle was even present in her mind as she ate like she was in her own little world.

"Bekka."

"Mmh?" Bekka froze mid-meatball bite.

Seras gently turned Bekka's head towards her and wiped away the stray tomato sauce with her thumb.

"Be more careful when you eat. Tati's never going to make you anything again if you keep painting your face at every meal."

As Seras' thumb glided across her mouth , Bekka parted her lips and pulled her thumb inside.

She playfully ran her tongue over her thumb without breaking eye contact- causing Seras' whole expression to change.

A heat formed in her stomach that eventually devolved into a familiar itch between her legs.

A couple of seats down, Abaddon and Tatiana were also dealing with bites from the love bug.

What started as a simple exchange of innocent cheek kisses had accidentally devolved into the kind of make out session one might see in a PG-13 movie.

"Y-You know, I really like living here but I don't know if I'll ever really get used to this part in particular…"

"S-Should we go..?"

"I'm not looking it feels like cheating, I'm not looking it feels like cheating, I'm not…"

The bubble that the couple had been living in was suddenly popped.

Sitting across from them were their newest daughter-in-laws who they were, up until four minutes ago, having a very nice conversation with.

Seras hurriedly extracted her thumb from Bekka's mouth and tried to conceal her blush.

"S-Sorry, girls, that was rude of us. I suppose we're all just a bit pent up now that Erica is pregnant."

Pent up was a gross understatement. The group had only just started having sex again after a long period of abstaining, only to be cruelly dunked right back into cold water all too soon.

They had a lot more 'passion' to express. And it was spilling out randomly in their day to day life.

"I don't mean to be rude, but don't you guys lay eggs…? Wouldn't that kind of take away all of the jeopardy of injury to you guys or the baby?" Aubrey asked.

Tatiana discreetly rubbed her butt against Abaddon's member while she rested her elbows on the table.

"Well it's true that we can, but… I honestly don't think we've ever considered it before? It's nice to feel our children grow with our own bodies. Besides, it's important for us to maintain a relationship beyond physical contact."

'No matter how difficult it may be…' They all thought at once.

Needless to say, the couple heard each other's thoughts and stared at each other in surprise.

Maybe this pregnancy would be a chance to do things differently.

Tatiana shook her head to free her mind of white sticky thoughts. "O-Our night-"

"And day." Bekka chewed.

"Activities aside…" she finished. "We brought you girls here to ask you about your weddings, or if you even want them at all."

Serana, Aisha, and Aubrey all looked like they were about to explode with zeal.

The girls all looked amongst themselves and seemed to come to a consensus pretty quickly.

"I actually think that we would like a small, simple wedding. Something on our earth with our parents and teammates presents?" Aisha asked hopefully.

"Of course, honey. Whatever you all decide." Tatiana smiled.

Aisha was a relatively stoic individual, but even she had to suppress a giddy smile at the moment.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

"I… Would also like a small wedding." Serana said respectfully. "Just you guys, my mom, my sister, and her boytoy."

Abaddon smiled knowingly. "You want a big wedding, huh?"

"The biggest!!" Serana cried out and slammed her head on the table. "But I can't just say that after these two were all innocent and humble and stuff! I'll look…"

Serana's words trailed off as her cheeks became hot from embarrassment.

Bekka smiled knowingly. "Sweet girl. Were you about to say 'worthy'?"

Serana just looked even more embarrassed.

" I… well.."

"Our son has chosen to spend immortality with you. I can promise that isn't a decision he just made lightly. So you are now and forever more a daughter of our family. And you are worthy of everything underneath the sun."

Serana's eyes became misty. *sniff, sniff.* "MOMMYYYY!!"

Bekka barely managed to catch the pink haired human as she catapulted herself into her embrace.

While Bekka consoled the bawling girl, Abaddon turned towards the two others at the table.

"That does remind me… since you are apart of our family then there is something I would like to offer you. If you're interested that is."
