Ascension of the Monster Queen

After looking around for a few minutes, Nessa found a perfect spot just to test out the princess's ability a bit and she smiled then looked at the girl and the princess flinched.

Nessa approached her and Mikala peeked at her as Zack looked on.

Nessa pointed to a small hill within the field and the princess looked at it and Zack smiled a little then approached the hill and looked at it.

"So? Do you think that will work?" Nessa asked and Zack glanced at her.

"Yeah, it seems quite sturdy, it will work perfectly for a test run, ma'am," He responded as he approached her and a blank expression appeared in Nessa's eyes and Zack looked at her.

"What's the matter?" He asked.

"Please stop calling me, ma'am, just call me Nessa," She responded and he and Mikala smiled at her then he sighed.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

"As you wish, so do you think it's fine? Will you use it?" He asked and Nessa nodded.

"Yeah, it's fine and I will use it," She responded and he glanced at the princess whose brows furrowed.

"What?" She asked and he glanced at Nessa who looked at the time and she smiled a little when she saw that it was going to be night soon.

"Now, I will have you do a little test run now so that I can figure out how to help you and from tomorrow we will start our lessons whenever we both have time, how does that sound?" Nessa asked and the princess smiled at her then bowed her head and Nessa looked at her and how kind she was and she scoffed.

"Thank you, that sounds perfectly fine to me," She responded.

"You are welcome, now I want you to give me the strongest shot you have right now, one that you can use at this very moment, if you are low on energy or not right now, it doesn't matter, I will help you in the best way I can," Nessa said and the girl smiled brightly and the knight smiled then sighed in a bit of relief as the princess nodded.

"I will do it," She replied and Nessa nodded as the girl walked past her and the knight, both of them turned to look at her as she looked at the hill then sighed as her eyes shimmered blue and she raised her right hand up.

"Her magic is the water element alone, right?" Nessa asked and Zack glanced at her.

"Yeah, that's her magic, also there is one thing that you should know, her ability has a few restrictions, a few limitations," He responded and she smiled at him.

"Most people do, but..." She said as she looked at the girl and the small droplets of water forming around the palm of her right hand and within it.

"Let's see what she can do," Nessa said as a ball of water formed in the girl's hand while spinning and she shot it towards the hill in the form of a beam and Nessa's eyes narrowed when it hit the hill and the girl sighed then turned around to look at them.

"Let's see," Nessa said as she approached the hill and a smile appeared on her face as she looked at the ground, then at the small crater that was on the hill's surface.

"That amount is fine in a fight, close combat, especially but not for far and it won't last long, but it can do a bit of damage, it's enough to protect yourself against a small number of people, but if a magic beast is to show up, it will work but just a little, am I right?" The knight asked and the princess looked at him.

"Yeah, your analysis is right, tell me, when did your abilities come to light?" Nessa asked as she approached the princess.

"Not that long ago, a few years tops," She responded and Nessa smiled at her and then looked at the knight.

"You are good in combat, you would be a good master for her, but, since she only got her magic a few years ago, it needs time as well and much more hard work to blossom, so it's understandable why you aren't able to help as much as you may want to and she is right, it's because of your duties as well, but your pointers are the reason she asked me for help as well, you gave her what she wanted to know, am I right about that?" Nessa asked.

"Yeah, you are," Both of them responded and she sighed.

'Am I right? She has enough magic energy so far right?' Nessa thought.

[Yes, she does have enough right about now and with enough guidance, it can grow as long as she has the intent to get stronger.]

"Well, you have the ability to grow stronger, you have enough magic energy, it's just like he said, but you needed more practice, time, someone to help you more in understanding and a few more things, I will help you with all of it whenever we both have time, but if he had more time, maybe you wouldn't have needed the help of a stronger," Nessa said.

"That's true, Zack is strong, but I don't care if you are someone I just got to know, to me, now you are not a stranger, you agreed to help me without wanting anything in return, you are a kind person, you give off more than just a trustworthy feeling, from what I can tell, I am grateful," She replied with her eyes shimmering and Nessa stared at her.

"Nessa, she is right, also, this is the type of person she is, it's doesn't matter how long she knew you," The knight added and Nessa smiled at the girl who bowed her head before her.

"From today until the time your training with me ends, you are my master, I look forward to it," She said.

The knight smiled at Nessa and the girl smiled back then glanced at Mikala.

'Royals like her... Well, I have met a few similar ones before,' She thought.

"Very well, I look forward to it as well," Nessa replied as she and the girl shook hands and the girl smiled brightly then Nessa sighed.
